Indoor and outdoor MeshReaders from RAE Systems are part of the MeshGuard gas detection system and work as dedicated routers to route signal from MeshGuard monitors back to the FMC 2000 multi-channel wireless controller. This increases the transmission distance and can help bypass obstacles. Alternatively MeshReaders can connect directly to a PC to facilitate communication with up to 32 MeshGuard monitors for viewing of real-time data in ProRAE.NET.
